General conditions for renting Tørnholmen

These general terms and conditions apply as a purpose to make clarity in terms of agreement so that we can
serve our customers in the best possible way.

Maximum occupancy

10 persons + staff

Tørnholmen disclaims any liability for:

• Damage and loss of: jewelry, clothing or valuables not deposited against receipt.
• Personal injury which is not a result of gross negligence expelled by Tørnholmen Island.

Privacy

Upon approval of our terms and conditions you also agree that Tørnholmen will store some personal information. For the guest’s safety, we must always know who is staying on the island. Upon request the personal information will be terminated after the stay.

Force majeure

Events outside Tørnholmen´s control (strike, lock out, official or unofficial work interferences, conflicts and
unexpected shortages of staff, fire, lack of supplies, natural disasters, etc.) provides Tørnholmen the right to
terminate the contract without liability.

Legal documents and payments

Due to the fact, that our clients have different needs, legal agreements and payments will be adjusted according to the final contract.c
